  • I was given this free review copy audiobook at my request and have voluntarily left this review. This consisted of seven short stories concerning magic. They were pretty strange. If you like short whimsical fun stories, this is for you. It was well written and I liked the writing style of the author. Also, the narrator had a very gravelly voice and it didn't sit well with me for this novel.

  • This was an interesting read if not slightly different. The different stories within this book intrigued me and each was a short read. They shared a common theme of magick. The reason for four stars is each story came across as a bit too whimsical and fanciful but maybe that's the point. Definitely worth a read if you don't mind suspending belief to a new level. It was well written, well each story was well written and definitely interesting.
