Same great characters and setting as the other two but in this third book in the series I did not like the plot or the resolution as much.

I am so sad there are only three of these books in the series (so far???). I adore them. I got my mother reading them too. A cozy mystery that is a fun read with lots of humour and characters that I enjoy spending time with. I chuckled out loud in a few places and just enjoyed a sick day afternoon curled up with this novel.

Author J. A. Lang has penned the best Chef Maurice book yet! Her first two books in this series were so wonderful, I wouldn’t have thought it was possible to improve on them, but she has, and done so brilliantly! I am a Big fan of Chef Maurice and Arthur. Patrick and his Beau also make the book a lovable read.The 3rd edition starts nicely with Maurice fighting for a seat as a judge in the Spring Fayre. This is another fun installment in the series. Chef Maurice is a force unto himself once he has begun investigating, nothing will deter him. And of course, he cannot investigate on an empty stomach. Arthur is particularly grateful for that since his wife has put him on a diet.The mystery moves along fast enough. Chef, his employees, their friends and family--all the characters are fun and personable. The characters were quirky and I loved the small village setting. This is an enjoyable cozy mystery with zany characters and a fun plot. Chef Maurice is back on the case when the body of a celebrity chef is found at the Beakley Spring Fayre. I love the witty dialogue, British vibe and interesting twists that kept me glued to the pages from beginning to end. I look forward to book four of the Chef Maurice Cozy Mysteries. I was fortunate to receive an advance reader copy of this book in exchange for an honest review.

It is Spring time in the Cotswolds, and time for the Spring Fayre. Chef Maurice and his pals are back, and ready to solve another mystery when a celebrity chef is found murdered. Chef Maurice also has a few other things to worry about as well, when someone makes an offer to one of his staff. This is a fun read, full of twists and turns! I love all of the characters in this series, and each book is like visiting old friends. I look forward to their next adventure!

Another fun, cozy tale in this series. The characters continue to lovably develop, stories continue to be inventive, and the sweets continue to roll as, in this three-quel, Chef Maurice and his motley band of food warriors solve yet another mysterious death in their quaint little corner of England. A well written, comical, and successful gem in J.A. Lang's crown.

Chef Maurice and the Bunny-Boiler Bake Off was quite funny and enjoyable to read. The pace was good. There were a couple twists that were well done. I highly recommend it for a mind vacation sort of read. You do not have to read the other two Chef Maurice books for this one to make sense.

Classic cozy murder mystery with an enjoyably obnoxious lead character who solves the case with sass.

I love this series so much and have become very fond of the characters, especially Arthur. The mysteries are very good too!Looking forward to #4 !!

Maybe the third in the series is one too many but I didn't enjoy it as much as the two previous Chef Maurice books

I love this series! I couldn't put them down and now ink have to wait for book 4
