Well. I didn't know that this was a "series". Apparently thinks so. I happened to just stumble on the fact that Bill Nye had another book with a similar catchy Un-based title when browsing at a bookstore, and then proceeded to not buy it in favor of using an Audible credit for it. Which is fine, but eventually I'll probably buy it (them) anyway, because they are both great books. I really enjoyed Undeniable, but I must say I was not a fan of this one. I'll just say it: some of the chapters are sinfully boring and even inaccessible. The book has some strong earlier chapters about alternative energy and engineering. First things first- absolute love for Nye's call to get more women and girls involved in STEM (science, technology, engineering, and math)! Yahoo! Yes! And he talks about this with such accessible, no-brainer logic (a skill of his, I must say). Half of us on this planet are female. Bill Nye has the talent to bring big, challenging subject to the public for interested citizens. This book is easily accessible and humorous at times, a mixture of short, informative answers for questions related to Climate change and how we can change the world. Easy to read, and more importantly, inspirational. You don't need a degree in chemistry, or engineering, or even chemical engineering. I do think Bill kinda treats "deniers/doubters" of climate change as if they're saying, "Oh, this is horrible! It can't be true! Honestly not sure I would have made it through some of the more science heavy parts if I wasn't listening to an audiobook, but I have to say I love Bill Nye! And his ideas to save the world! And his competition with Ed Begely Jr.

Each chapter was too similar to the next. Awesome scientist and activist. "Eh" writer. Still love you Mr. Nye!

This was an excellent book that was more well-organized than his previous book, "Undeniable". This made for easy-to-follow, articulate, and well-reasoned arguments that were a pleasure to read. A bit of a heavy read for a lot of it. He gets pretty far into the technology and science. I am into the science though so I did appreciate a lot of this. Despite this though it still came across as being a bit slow for the first half.Overall it is a fairly complete coverage of the major issues of the climate debate, and I think everyone needs to read or at least be aware of the science and thinking in this book.An interesting and important book for the modern day.

As I expected, this book was very interesting and PACKED with information. He keeps you engaged by cracking jokes or pun, just as his tv show did some years ago. He has some really good ideas in this book! I look forward to reading another book of his!

Bill Nye wants to save the world, and he has some suggestions on how we might do so. From theoretical to tried and true, large scale to small, he discusses energy use and production, water filtration and use, transportation, and other ways we can make changes. He talks about changes he's made himself, including an eco-rivalry with a neighbor. As expected from his years of experience as The Science Guy, the book is funny and an easy read.

Everyone should read this at some point in their life.

Bill Nye is a prophetic thinker smart enough to understand the depths of how vulnerable we are to Climate change. Instead of writing a doomsday environmental book where we all should be scared of the end of the world. I personally feel he chose to give the readers optimism on so many levels I was not expecting. Very interesting book. It gave me a lot of information about possible options of energy usage and ideas to combat Global Warming.

This had a lot of interesting ideas and cool concepts in fighting climate change. Some parts were a bit too technical for me, but it's heartening to know how many options there really are. I also think that Nye laid out some excellent policy ideas to motivate change for the better, such as fee-and-dividend taxation schemes. Can we elect him to office?
