  • This was a helpful audible guide to Christian Meditation as Finley interprets it. He incorporates many useful practical tips about background, posture, timers etc. Having a guided meditation during the book is helpful as we can do too much reading about the topic when we really need to experience it. On the downside, the recorded reading is a little hypnotic in style at some points (not just during the guided meditation) and gives the listening experience a bit of a flat feel.
