  • In Endless Vacation, Whittington offers an intricate mystery with an intriguing plot device, adroitly left unrevealed until the latter half of the book.Questions abound for protagonist and retiring Secret Service agent Dave Fletcher, an Austinite pulled to Mexico to discover why his wealthy Uncle Rex died while vacationing. Fletcher's long-lost brother Hensley appears after a decades-long absence, ostensibly seeking his half of their uncle's 200 million dollar estate. Dave's serious girlfriend w [...]

  • Dave Fletcher, retiring FBI agent, is in a world of trouble. He is being framed, his Uncle Rex dies and a few hours before his death he changes his will to leave his millions to an unknown nurse in Cancun. His brother who he's been estranged from for 30 years shows up on his doorstep and he's having problems committing to his girlfriend.I found the characters real. I found Dave singularly focused, not sharing things with those around him sometimes to his own detriment. Hensley, Dave's brother, a [...]

  • Riveting book. Definitely a page turner. An exciting book without all the sex and drugs. If you like intrigue, this is the book to pick up and not put down until the last word is read. There was nothing to dislike about this book. Held me to the end. Would recommend this book to everyone that likes good clean fascinating reading.

  • Fate or DestinyI wasn't taken right in by the characters but has the story progressed I became their fans. I tried to figure out every twist and turn but the author kept the mystery going and the readers constantly re-guessing. Awesome story about self awareness and making the most of our lives by being true to ourselves.

  • Life lessons disguised as a thriller. One seriously oddball sibling, another a strait laced retiring agent. Both shaped by their childhood in very different ways. Murder, mayhem, and escape plans, plus an unexpected romance.

  • Very quick read, again, a good book for travel - light and easy.A good twist at the end made it worth finishing.

  • Good mysteryGood characters, loans of suspense and some romance. It is a quick afternoon read with a twist at the end.

  • Good, good read Interest was kept high during entire story. Characters were easy to keep track of. Plot was believable. Would recommend to all my mystery loving friends.
