  • I am having a really hard time finding a Gluten free cookbook that doesn't seem to have all kinds of weird funky stuff. This book for me was just OK. There was nothing special or fantastic about it. There were quite a few pictures. Almost one with every recipe. It had an interesting introduction, but it seemed to focus more on meatless rather than gluten free. It was a mixed bag on the amount of ingredients and time put in to making the recipe.   • Delish. Led by one child who went gluten free a year ago, we have found it's an easy transition for the most part and everyone feels better eating this way anyway. Easy to cook w lots of veggies anyway and just sub out flour to gluten free so didn't feel I needed a specific cookbook. Picked it up at a school book fair to give it a whirl. It's good! I'm a visual cook so great pictures are 90% of why I'll bother with a recipe and none so far have failed matching great taste w the well styled pictu [...]

It's creative and healthy without being so advanced that you're dissuaded from trying all the recipes. I currently don't have food/diet restrictions and in a few weeks have tried eight of the recipes within.
