  • I was actually pleasantly surprised by this book, especially considering the author was apparently 16 when she wrote it.I've read a lot of teen books and they seemed so fake. Dumb Luck is written by a teenager for teenagers. The writing could be better, but she has an engaging style. The character arcs were interesting and there were laugh out loud moments. • I LOVED THIS. It just seemed so real. Bella and Edward are so dramatic's a relationship that would never work.Stacey and Rory? They just fit together so perfectly. They have real problems, real dynamics. I wish Rory was real! This book teaches you to be yourself, especially through the sucky teen years. Never settle for anything less than yourself.
