  • This is a fantastic book. The author's rendering of the characters is so artful, he makes you bleed for them without being the least bit sentimental or sappy. The characters are true, the writing is vivid but spare. Dark subjects are handled with a deep humanity. And the pace is great, keeps you turning the page and wanting more, not wanting the story to end. I highly recommend Off Track.

  • I must give 5 stars to my own book! Honestly, this story is close to me, like it or hate it. The main character, Gary, roams within me to this day. This book is me.
